Daycation Daily Schedule of Fun

Below are just some examples of the diversity of activities and games we have daily. Also, every month we have special afternoon musical performances, Girl Scout visits, fury visitors from a local petting zoo (mini horses, pot belly pig, alpacas) and other community interactions.

We have a fun daily live music program, which usually includes a live performance. A daily variety of different types of chair exercise programs is part of our routine. Special animal visits from our local mobile petting zoo is something the seniors enjoy tremendously.

We also arrange many community interactions such as tea party events and auto harps, local harmonica and ukulele groups visits. In addition, we welcome companion animals on site so the seniors can interact with them. Our goal is to have an all-inclusive experience for all of our participants in a fun social environment!

8:00-9:30

Early risers meet and greet. Breakfast refreshments. Socialization with reminiscing, trivia, current events.

9:30-10:30

Group table games search as Uno, other card games, other games or a type of crafting project.

10:30-11:30

Live music performance. We encourage everyone to engage with rhythm instruments, Toe Tapping and singing along. We also encourage getting up and dancing along with the music, with the assistance of activity aids.

11:30-12:00

is our fun & diverse chair exercise program.

12 o’clock

Is our special social luncheon time. Lunch is served on China with a side dish of fruit . We cultivate and create fun conversations during this time.

1:00-3:00

Is our afternoon activity time. We have fun and lively group games such as “Daycation“ Jeopardy, “wheel of fortune” style word game, and “family feud” style game. We engage in large motor skills games such as cornhole toss, ring toss, bocce ball and shuffleboard.

3:00

Refreshment time.

3:30-5:30

Play table games such as Yatzy and bingo. We Also enjoy other social activities.
